Kevin joined Highmount Capital in April 2008 and serves as Chairman of the firm’s Investment Policy Committee. Kevin retired from the Bank of New York in 2007 after a 28 year career, serving as the Bank’s Chief Investment Officer from 1993-2007. In this role he was responsible for establishing the investment framework for managing assets in excess of $100 billion for institutional and private clients. He was the Bank’s chief spokesperson on economic and financial market issues and has appeared regularly in the financial media. He began his career in 1974 at U.S. Trust. Kevin has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a MBA in Finance from the Stern School of New York University. Kevin serves as a Director of the Prudential Retail Mutual Funds and Urstadt Biddle Properties and as Chairman of the Investment Committee of the BNY Mezzanine Partners Fund. He currently serves on the Boards of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northern Westchester, The Hundred Year Association of New York and the S.K. Yee Foundation. He previously represented the Bank of New York on the Board of the W.K. Kellogg Foundation Trust and was the President of the BNY Hamilton Funds, the Bank’s proprietary mutual fund family, and BNY Private Investment Management, Inc., the Bank’s partnership funds for alternative investments.

Nancy is responsible for managing client relationships, and additional marketing activities at Highmount Capital. She previously served in senior management positions in the asset management industry including as Managing Principal at North American Management and Senior Managing Director at Wainwright Asset Management in Boston. Nancy spent 15 years at BankBoston Corporation where she held management positions in Capital Markets, Private Banking and as Director of Institutional Sales and Client Services for the bank’s worldwide asset management business. She received her BA from Wellesley College and her MBA in Finance from Boston University. Nancy has served on a variety of not-for-profit boards and Corporate Advisory Boards, and currently serves as Treasurer and Trustee of Copley Square in Boston, as a Director of the Friends of Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, and as an Overseer of the Huntington Theatre. |

Judy Morrill is a Managing Director of Highmount Capital. She has both portfolio management and client relationship management responsibilities, and is a member of the Fixed Income Committee and Education Committee. Judy has over 21 years of experience managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals, families, and non-profit institutions. Judy joined Highmount Capital in April, 2007 after 9 years at Brown Brothers Harriman, where she was most recently a senior relationship manager in the Wealth Management Division. Prior to that, she managed institutional equity and fixed income relationships as part of Brown Brothers’ Institutional and Insurance Asset Management division, and was a member of the team that developed their open architecture platform, BBH Strategic Advisors. From 1988 – 1998, Judy was a portfolio manager in the Personal Asset Management division of The Bank of New York. Judy has a B.A. in political science and French from Hollins University (1984) and an M.B.A. in finance from New York University Stern School of Business (1989). She serves as a Trustee and is on the Investment Committee of the Diocesan Investment Trust for the Episcopal Diocese of New York, is a member of the Financial Affairs Committee for the Church of the Heavenly Rest in New York City, and is an active parent volunteer for St. Ignatius Loyola School. In addition, Judy is a competitive runner and triathlete.

David Thompson, Managing Director of Fixed Income Management, oversees Highmount’s taxable and tax-exempt bond strategies. David previously was Director of Fixed Income at North American Management and Hale and Dorr Capital Management in Boston. He spent 27 years at Bank Boston/ FleetBoston/Bank of America where he served as Director of Fixed Income Research, Management and Trading, and was responsible for the 1784 Funds, the Bank’s proprietary mutual funds. He began his career in 1971 as an analyst on Wall Street and has been a regular contributor in the financial media. David has a BSBA in Economics from the University of Denver and a MBA from the Olin School of Management, Babson College. He is a member of both the Boston and New York Security Analyst Societies and serves on the BSAS’s wealth management and fixed income education committees. David also serves on the Advisory Board of Babson’s Cutler Financial Center, is a member of Boston Economics Club, and is past Director of the Fixed Income Management Society of Boston. |

Gautam is a portfolio manager and the head trader for the firm. He is actively involved in the investment decisions of the core equity and fixed income committees. Prior to joining Highmount Capital, Gautam spent three years with Arrowstreet Capital, an asset management firm that provides global equity investment strategies to institutional investors. At Arrowstreet, his duties included financial reporting and portfolio attribution and enhancing the firm’s operations and compliance programs. Gautam received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Marketing from Boston University and is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level III candidate. |

| Asif is the Director of Research at Highmount responsible for leading our internal equity research and managing the core, dividend overlay and European equity portfolios. He has 12 years of equity research and portfolio management experience with time spent at Lafer Management, Bank of New York Asset Management, Trainer Wortham & Company and HSBC Asset Management. Asif is a CFA charterholder and received his BBA (Honors) in Finance from the University of Karachi and an MBA in Finance from the Ohio State University. |

Henry joined Highmount Capital in August 2009 as an Associate working with the Investment Policy Committee. Henry has spent the past three years as a summer intern and consultant working for North American Management in Boston. During that time he conducted background research and performed data analysis on publicly traded companies; analysis that was used to help the portfolio managers make investment decisions for client funds. His experience also involved learning accounting methodologies to value publicly traded companies; creating Excel models to assist portfolio managers in making decisions regarding fixed-income asset allocation; and managing other interns.
Henry graduated in May 2009 with a BA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut. He is currently eligible for the Level 1 Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) test. While at Trinity College, Henry was a four-year Varsity athlete for their nationally ranked crew team. During those four years, he and his team won four NESCAC men’s titles and two Eastern College Athletic Conference Championship titles. |

James Davie joined Highmount in March 2011 working as an Associate in our Fixed Income Management group with David Thompson. He assists David in all aspects of the investment process, including research, trading and portfolio management. Prior to joining Highmount, James spent his time in a performance and attribution role in private funds at State Street where he was responsible for eight client relationships. James is a CFA charterholder and is attending Boston University's evening MBA program beginning in the fall of 2011. |
